Joy's Furniture Gallery accepts the following forms of payment for deposit and final payment, prior to pick-up or delivery of merchandise: Cash, Personal check, Bank check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. (Third Party financing available).
Here are some helpful hints to ensure that your furniture delivery will be a simple process:
Clear hallways and stairways to allow for easy access. Also, sweep or vacuum the floor where your new furniture will be placed.
Clearly identify house address number on mailbox, front door, or curb so that our drivers will be able to easily find your location.
During the winter, please shovel and salt sidewalks and driveways.
A delivery date and 3 hour time window will be arranged by your sales professional on all furniture purchased from stock. On all special orders our warehouse will contact you upon arrival of your furniture to arrange a delivery date and time.
Should you decide to pick up your furniture at our warehouse, please call 24 hours in advance so our warehouse staff can have your purchase properly prepared. Please remember that our warehouse is closed on Sundays and daily from 12:00 to 1:00 pm.
What if I need to cancel or change my delivery date?
If you must make a change in your delivery date, a minimum of 48 hours advance notice must be given. Please call 928-368-5542.
Joy's Furniture Galleries will gladly custom order your choice of home furnishings with a 20% deposit. Special Order Merchandise may be cancelled and are subject to a restocking fee. The revision of any order for Special Order Merchandise will only be accepted if Joy's Furniture Galleries is able to revise their order with the supplier.
